There is a specific behaviour that has become normal quietly. People are using AI to write their apologies, their condolences, their confessions.

Not because they want to communicate better, but because real communication requires a kind of exposure that feels like too much. So they outsource it. And the muscle for vulnerability gets weaker every time.

That observation is where Unprompted started. The challenge was to name the behaviour without lecturing about it. The work needed to feel warm and human, not moralistic. It had to hold up a mirror and step back.

The campaign is built around a single strategic reframe. In the context of generative AI, a prompt is the input that produces a response. Unprompted means the opposite: spontaneous, genuine, coming entirely from within. That inversion became the platform. Everything else grew from it.

The visual language is warm and unhurried. Closeups of people mid-conversation. Mouths. The moments just before and after words are said.

Every execution closes the same way. Say it yourself.
